What counts as a concurrent profile?A concurrent profile is a browser session actively connected to the MCP server at the same time. You can have unlimited total profiles — only the active connections count.
Do I need a separate browser subscription?Yes. Ornold connects to existing profiles through supported APIs or CDP. You need access to the browser product you choose to connect.
Which AI agents are supported?Any MCP-compatible agent — Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Codex, Cursor, Windsurf, Roo Code, Kilo Code, Augment Code, and more.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?Yes. Plan changes take effect immediately. When upgrading, you're charged the prorated difference. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
Is the Free plan really free?Yes. The Free plan gives you one seat to evaluate browser automation tools in an authorized test environment.
